The following is a listing of some of the awards and achievements bestowed upon CRD & Associates,Inc. and its technical staff members:

2006 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for Interstate Route I-44 and Route 109 at Eureka, Missouri. CRD performed the overall contractors QC program, construction inspection and material testing for the MoDOT construction project.

2006 National Award for Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association for the construction of the new runway 11L-29R at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD performed the overall contractors QC program consisting of construction supervision, inspection, material testing and project controls.

2006 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association for the construction of the new runway 11L-29R at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD performed the overall contractors QC program consisting of construction supervision, inspection, material testing and project controls.

2006 Keystone Award presented by the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis for the construction of the new runway 11L-29R at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD performed the overall contractors QC program consisting of construction supervision, inspection, material testing and project controls.

2006 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association and Missouri Department of Transportation in recognition of the high quality engineering performed on Forder Road Reconstruction, St. Louis, County. CRD & Associates design involved reconstruction of Forder Road 0.7 miles; a two-lane asphalt roadway with open drainage improved a three-lane roadway with closed drainage system. In addition, 8000 feet of additional storm water relief system was incorporated in the project.

2005 Keystone Award presented by the Associated General Contractors of St. Louis for the Restoration of Runway 12L/30R Keel Section at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri, for the best Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Restoration Paving Project completed in 2004.

2005 National Award for Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association for the Restoration of Runway 12L/30R Keel Section at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri, for the best Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Restoration Paving Project completed in the state of Missouri in 2004.

2005 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association for the Construction of the New Runway 15-33 and Associated Improvements at Washington Memorial Airport, Washington, Missouri, for the best Portland Cement Concrete Reliever and General Aviation Airport Paving Project completed in the state of Missouri in 2004.

2005 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association for the Restoration of Runway 12L/30R Keel Section at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri, for the best Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Restoration Paving Project completed in the state of Missouri in 2004.

2004 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for Runway 12L/30R Keel Section at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD performed overall construction management, construction inspection, QA acceptance testing with on-site laboratories.

2004 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for 4 lane Lindbergh Blvd. and 1/2 mile long Tunnel at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD performed overall Contractors QC Program, construction inspection, and Material Testing with on-site laboratories.

2004 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for Taxiway A, S, and D Reconstruction at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD performed overall construction management, construction inspection, QA acceptance testing with on-site laboratories.

2004 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association for the Reconstruction of Runway 17-35 and Associated Improvements at Hannibal Municipal Airport, Hannibal, Missouri, for the best Portland Cement Concrete Reliever and General Aviation Airport Paving Project completed in the state of Missouri in 2003.

2003 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for Taxiway K and V Reconstruction at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD performed overall construction management, construction inspection, QA acceptance testing and QC testing.

2003 National Award for Excellence in Paving presented by the American Concrete Pavement Association in Recognition of Outstanding Design and Construction for the Runway 2-20 Rehabilitation Project at the Columbia Regional Airport, Columbia, Missouri, for the best PCC Pavement Restoration Paving Project completed in 2001.

2002 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for Taxiway B, E, and C Reconstruction at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD performed overall construction management, construction inspection, QA acceptance testing and QC testing.

2002 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association for the Runway 2-20 Rehabilitation Project at the Columbia Regional Airport, Columbia, Missouri, for the best PCC Pavement Restoration Paving Project completed in the state of Missouri in 2001.

2001 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD accomplished all quality control (QC) material testing.

2001 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association for the Runway Rehabilitation Project at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport for the best PCC pavement constructed in the Reliever/General Aviation Airports category for projects constructed in 2000. CRD accomplished all quality assurance (QA) acceptance testing and quality control (QC) testing.

2001 National Award for Excellence in Paving by the American Concrete Pavement Association in Recognition of Outstanding Design and Construction for Runway 34-16, Creve Coeur Airport, Creve Coeur, Missouri, for Reliever/General Aviation Airport Pavement for projects constructed in 1999. CRD performed all QC testing for the contractor.

2000 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for Taxiway A, S, K, B, and V Reconstruction at Lambert St. Louis International Airport, St. Louis, Missouri. CRD performed overall construction management, construction inspection, QA acceptance testing and QC testing.

2000 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association and the Missouri Department of Transportation for Lambert St. Louis International Airport, Taxiway Reconstruction which was rated best Portland Cement Concrete Major and Medium Hub Airport Paving Project completed in the State of Missouri in 1999. CRD performed overall construction management, construction inspection, QA acceptance testing and QC testing.

2000 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association and the Missouri Department of Transportation for Creve Coeur Airport, Runway 16/34 Construction which was rated best Portland Cement Concrete Reliever and General Aviation Airport Paving Project completed in the State of Missouri in 1999. CRD performed all QC testing for the contractor.

1999 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association and the Missouri Department of Transportation for Lambert St. Louis International Airport, Taxiway and Apron Reconstruction which was rated best Portland Cement Concrete Major and Medium Hub Airport Paving Project completed in the State of Missouri in 1998. CRD performed overall construction management, construction inspection, QA acceptance testing and QC testing.

1999 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for East Terminal Snow Melt Pad at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. CRD was responsible for design of the facility and for construction management, inspection and QA material acceptance testing.

1998 ACI Special Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for innovative use of permeable concrete for slope protection in the repair of serious erosion damage to Old Highway 100, Franklin County, Missouri. CRD was responsible for design of the facility and for construction management, inspection and QA material acceptance testing.

1998 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American Concrete Pavement Association and the Missouri Department of Transportation for Eldon Model Airpark, which was rated best Portland Cement Concrete Reliever and General Aviation Airport paving project completed in the State of Missouri in 1997. CRD was responsible for design of the facility and for construction management, inspection and QA material acceptance testing.

1997 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for quality constructionof two Acute Angle Taxiways for Runway 12L/30R at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport. CRD was responsible for design of the facility and for construction management, inspection and QA material acceptance testing.

1996 National Award for Excellence in Design and Construction, General Aviation Airports Category,American Concrete Pavement Association.

1996 Excellence in Paving presented by the Missouri/Kansas Chapter of the American ConcretePavement Association and the Missouri Highway and Transportation Department for Spirit of St. LouisAirport Apron Rehabilitation, which was rated best Portland Cement Concrete Reliever and GeneralAviation Airport paving project completed in the State of Missouri in 1995. This thin-bonded overlay was designed by CRD. All construction management, testing and inspection was done by CRD.

1995 Innovative Concrete Design Award presented by the Missouri Chapter of the AmericanConcrete Institute (ACI) for the application of thin-bonded concrete overlay (white-topping) for therehabilitation of the main aircraft parking apron at Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, Missouri. CRD performed project design, construction management, inspection, and material acceptance testing.

1995 Quality Concrete Award presented by the Concrete Council of St. Louis for the utilization ofinnovative solutions for the rehabilitation of the airfield at Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield,Missouri. CRD performed project design, construction management, inspection, and material acceptance testing.

1994 Quality Concrete Award by the St. Louis Concrete Council for Denver International Airportproject (outstanding quality, creative architectural design and uniqueness in the application ofconcrete.)

1993 National Award by the American Concrete Pavement Association and Concrete ConstructionMagazine for Winner in the Commercial and Military Airports Category for project on Runway16L/34R and Parallel Taxiways at Denver International Airport.

1993 Outstanding Engineer in Construction to Carl W. Rapp, P.E. by the St. Louis Chapter of theMissouri Society of Professional Engineers for work at airports in Missouri, Illinois, Colorado and atother locations.

1993 Flying Colonel Award by Delta Airlines, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia for Outstanding Work in theRemodeling of the St. Louis Crown Room at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport.
